Fabrics & Plain Colours
for Swimwear Manufacturing
When choosing your fabrics, it's important to consider the colours we have available in stock for each material. Being able to select colours or add prints as needed is key to your success, as it allows us to begin cutting orders immediately upon receiving your purchase order.
There is no MOQ for stock colours, so you can add as many colours to your purchase order as required. However, for plain colours or print requests, we import them in 70-metre rolls, which must be used in your production order.
A 70-metre roll typically produces around 100 bikini sets (100 tops and 100 bottoms).

What fabrics do you use for the sustainable swimwear manufacturing?We are a factory to have an Importing & Exporting license which means importing high-quality Swimwear fabric into India from Italy or the US (or any other country) is tax-exempt and duty-free for clients of our factory! Our clients prefer to use: Carvico & Jersey Lomellina fabric which we import tax-free from Italy. We can import any of Carvico’s fabrics listed here https://www.carvico.com/en/swimwear-fabrics/ VITA is made from ECONYL® regenerated Nylon, imported from Italy. SPF 50+ fabric locally sourced – perfect for rashies / rash guards High-quality locally sourced swimwear fabric from our trusted suppliers, Bintang Harapan & Paramatex. We import A-grade hardware sourced from overseas manufacturers who supply hardware to high-end swimwear brands. Additionally, Our sustainable swimwear manufacturing process utilises eco-friendly fabrics such as recycled nylon, organic cotton, and regenerated polyester. What will be Production time Frame ?SAMPLING PROCESS: Usually takes 1 to 4 week from payment of our invoice. PRODUCTION: Once you have paid the 50% order deposit, approximately 4 weeks but usually less than this timeframe. DELIVERY: Sampling usually 3 to 5 days via DHL or your nominated shipper. Main order by Air takes around 7-10days. We ship your order asap after the balance of your order has been paid in full.
